CBC Interstate

1. This company, cba interstate is operated by mr bell and ms Cahill, whom have very little passion for the road transport industry, in the words of a former employee N. Bickle, they "would have their bags packed within 45 minutes and be out of here if they could", good one Nathan.

2. Cbc interstate operate substandard equipment, ie cbc trucks are tiny little town trucks or as described by m. Champion "just be g 4x4s" they not maintained appropriately mechanically considering the amount of km mileage they cover (250000+per year) small town trucks flogged on interstate Melbourne Perth Brisbane return trips and they do not service the trucks correctly, many defects within this little fleet of grossly below industry standard trucks. I wonder if they know what a kenworth western star mack or freight liner are..

3. Cbc interstate owners mr bell and his "partner" p Cahill really don't care about their drivers who are unfortunate enough to have to work with these ruthless people, they leave their drivers to rot when breakdowns occurs and pay drivers the very minimum of wages, not on a per km or hour rate, like industry standard, but on their own "docket" system, this company also "fines" drivers if freight has any minor marks, this is due to the owner mr bell not installing protective items around the freight, he just blames the driver of a road train flicks rocks on his load, mr bell engineer something so your vans are protected....

This company cbc interstate also sham contract employee drivers, and also shuffle drivers around various trucks, no respect for long time drivers either, "holiday pay" doesn't exist with this company, you work or you don't a have a job.

Concluding, do not use cbc interstate - they are miserable arrogant uncompromising old people that need to get out of the transport industry, they have nil business been in it as they are shonks and rip offs.

Ps they cannot retain good of drivers or staff as they pay low and conditions for drivers and staff is very low and dodgy. Just in the last 6months at least 7 drivers and staff have quit due to substandard working conditions. Toodles ;)

4x4 and caravan transported from W.A to NSW. Little CBC truck broke down in outback NSW.

What was suppose to be around a 3 day delivery time frame, according to the driver, dragged on to almost 2 weeks. Very poor communication from company office, driver had to deal with everything while stranded and left hanging in the bush.

Truck was apparently in very poor & unmaintained condition. Never again!

Paulene and her team at CBC interstate transported our car from Melbourne to Perth in February 2016, including a carload of contents. In every manner they were professional and courteous and delivered our car intact in secure fashion for us to collect in Perth.

Unlike other companies that subcontract out the work to a third party with CBC interstate there is no question as to where your car is at any point in time. Communication was easy and time-efficient throughout the process.

Paulene even went out of her way to drop me at the airport which was incredibly nice of her.

We'll be using them on the return journey!

I was doing a friend a favour to have a their caravan picked up by Transport company CBC Interstate. When being contacted by the company to meet the truck driver, was spoken to very rudely about a meeting time, when I couldn't get there early enough was told that the driver had tried to ring me a number of times to confirm a time.

This never happened at all, they sent a driver anyway and made me feel responsible for them having to wait an hour. I wonder how they still have a business to run if this is how they speak to people.

I would have to say that I would not use or recommend this company to anyone, the way I was spoken to and treated was unprofessional and just plain rude.
