A bunch of lazy, clueless, money-grubbing *** who care less about customer service or supporting the products they sell. The New Hartford branch is the worse. For example: $1700 Ariens snowblower purchased there has broken down numerous times. They gave me the wrong parts (I can't afford the $75 fee they charge for a call) and when I complained they said. "Take it up with Ariens." Service Manager couldn't even tell me what engine the snowblower had, the ***! If within their area avoid them. I've foolishly purchased $4000 of equipment and have regretted every second.

Your cazenovia store didn,t order the advertised crawfish that you had in the march 25 paper ad i,m upset because i drove to the market to purchase that item i hope you can recktifiy this false advertisement not at all happy thank you you need to make sure that if it is on the ad you are carrynit when the paper comes out this is really *** to have to write 100 words to get this to your attention i hope you can recktify this problem to have a great day some one needs to this is really a pain
