The company is very bias and distasteful. They refuse to give me any compensation.

My fiance and I stayed there from January 23,2924 until February 4,2024. The staff there was very rude, they didn't clean the rooms properly,the hallways was noisy,and when we complained about it the lady staff employee told us to never come back again.

I felt very sad because I spent thousands of dollars staying there. I would like a partial refund for my inconvenience.
