Messed up my credit scores

I purchased a kia forte in November in jonesboro Arkansas. I traded in my car. I had 2 sonata they apparently paid off the wrong car. I wasnt aware of this until the other company started calling about the payment . I contacted them to work it out . They told me they would and gave me a hard time one of the managers talked smart blaming me for the mistake. I called ti talk to the man that should handle everything but the manager refused to call him saying he have no idea where the man was when all he had to do was call him. I needed it done right away but they never got back with me. I tried to straighten it out with the company but they needed kia to do it. Finally kia said they would handle it and not mess up my credit scores. But its all messed up because of them. My payment went up sky high they told me come abd have it refinance in 3 months. I tried to refinance it only to find out my credit score was messed up because of their mistake . I feel *** york and william black should call to help me get my credit scores back on track because i have plans in life. Your credit scores are very important and it mean a lot. Now i need someone to contact me to show some kind of concern for this awful mix up. Hope to be contacted katie scofield they have my information. Thank you

Never buy a kia in Jonesboro Ar from Cavenaul kia. They dont care about the consumer only the best deal for them! I had my 2016 kia plus for a week when they called and said that they didnt put my negative equity in the deal. Although it was their fault and stupidty they took no responsablity and gave me my old car back. They treated me like ***!
