First appointment and previous appointment
I was scheduled for a cleaning appointment. Was called two days prior and confirmed the appointment.
I arrived at the office at the time I was told to arrive. The office was closed. I waited 1/2 hour until the office opened. I approached the desk to sign in and was told I did not have an appointment and they were unable to locate my chart.
I was offered an appointment later that day but the time was not convenient for me. The front desk person could not explain what happen as she had been on vacation. Not very caring. Also, my husband had an appointment in January.
He was told he needed to have 3 teeth extracted and a bridge place in his mouth. The cost was in the thousands of dollars. He declined.
Since that time he has had numerous emails demanding he come in for these procedures. We will not go back to this practice.

Larry Frugoli, dentist with Caughlin Crossing Dentistry in Reno, NV told an elderly, disbled patient ten teeth had to be extracted, "Sooner than later."
Patient got a second opinion and was told no teeth had to be extracted.
Dr Frugoli billed for dental work not done.
Dr Frugoli took excessive and duplicated dental x-rays to increase fees.
Dr Frugoli billed elderly, disabled patient $58.00 for dated shelf toothpaste.
Dr Frugoli hired lawyer S. F. Bus to intimdate elderly, disabled patient with finacial ruin, that is take away his car, home and life savings if he complained.
This is an evil hostile man interested in fees and not his patient's health.

Larry Frugoli has been our family dentist for 30 years and all his work has been excellent. He has done wonders on my teeth and I have needed lots of work including implants, bone grafts, bridge etc.
I highly recommend Caughlin Crossing Dentistry as a trustworthy and quality establishment. Also, the folk that work there are wonderfully kind and personable.

In March 2011 I made an appointment with Larry Frugoli, DMD, Caughlin Crossing Dentistry in Reno, NV to have a chipped tooth repaired. A new patient, I told Dr.
Frugoli I was 75 years old, recently had a stroke and was taking medications. Under Dr. Frugoli's direction plastic spoons were stuck in my mouth to better show my teeth for the camera. I was ordered to smile while several facial photos were taken.
In 3 visits Dr. Frugoli, Caughlin Crossing Dentistry, ran up $2000.00 in charges. There were x-rays, oral exams, root planing, more x-rays, more oral exams. My chipped tooth never got repaired.
I was vunerable and exploited by Dr. Frugoli.
I would be embarassed to have written such a thing. It is clear that most of it is untrue.
Dr. Frugoli is an amazing dentist and it is sad that you are trying to drag his name through the mud.

I hate to say this but were are your facts regarding this dentist as i can not find one thing about this so called case and yes i do live here as we do not use him we like dds muff,
so if you have some really facts that would help your complaint about him as we all know that the medical board here sucks and dose not punish doctors who shouldn't be one furthermore all doctors know this and that's why they come here.
as most people know this who have lived here most of there life all so know if they are ill there family takes them down to UC Davis or to San francisco and far as Arizona do to the fact the neurologist here suck cause they do not know how diagnose hard cases of multiple sclerosis or the treatment of cancer,
as it comes down to facts and who's pockets are being filled with money so they do not get sued for malpractice a long with them knowing lawyers and judges so all i am saying is you need to have something to prove your case by providing facts so with that we will wate and see.
