I have ordered from Catalog Favorites for years with no problems. I recently ordered a pair of earrings (only item on the order).
I receive them.....quality was horrible. I would be embarrassed to wear them. I sent them back. I was refunded for the earrings but I had to pay postage not once but twice on that order.....for junk.
They should at least refund the postage. most other companies pay for a return. Pitiful. I will NEVER order again from this company.
I am out $11 for nothing.

Most of the companies that I order from don't pay the postage for returns. They might include a postage paid label with the order, but iF you read carefully you find someplace that says a certain amount will be deducted from your refund.
Paying return postage is a fact of life when you order stuff and aren't satisfied with it.
