Verified Reviewer |Their ad says 90 Days Free Returns, but they did not honor this and refused my request for a return and refund.
I ordered the Catitude Peekaboo Cave on 12/31/24. On 01/08/25 I received an email from the Catitude Support Team saying that due to updates on customs regulations the item was returned to their warehouse.
If I wanted it to be reshipped they would deliver it in the next 7-14 days and I asked them to send it to me. It was delivered on 02/04/25.
My cat did not have any interest in it and it was not used. Thus I emailed the company on 02/20/25 to explain this and requested to return it for a refund, well within the 90 day window. On 03/07/25 they emailed saying that according to their policy items are only eligible for return within 10 days of delivery.
I replied with a photo of the ad that says Free 90 day returns. On March 20 they responded by saying that only unused items were eligible for returns.
I replied that it had not been used, and I included photos of the product in new condition.
I didnt get any further response and now I am out of my hard earned money. Very frustrating!
