Not sure yet, still waiting to see what happens. The lost package was finally found after 2 months and I requested UPS return it back to the sender because I purchased and received the same items from another company not knowing at the time if the package would ever be found.
So today I receive an email 11/12/25 and in the subject line it says in all Caps GO TO *** FRAN.
Unbelievable this is from a Catholic company in Rome, Italy that works with the Vatican. Such vicious hypocrites!
After a month the tracking number still said "label created". I emailed and was told the package was "lost". They put another order together and it shipped out. UPS had the item in one location in US for over 10 days with no movement.
I called UPS and they said the item was lost again and I needed to contact the seller so they can file a claim for the lost merchandise and shipping costs. I let them know this and I also let my credit card company know that the item I paid for over a month ago was never received. I though I was being very patient asking and waiting for these items, but at this point it had been over 6 weeks since my credit card was charged and I was starting to wonder if they "shipped" it again for a third time, how much longer it would take and if there would be yet another problem as to why I am not receiving it. I asked for a refund and received no response.
That is when I notified my credit card company that the item was lost and I never received it. This is the response I received from Catholically Shop:

This is copied and pasted from the email they sent me, word for word. Stay away from this company.
They are only nice if everything goes well with your order. If it doesn't, you can expect an email like this from them. I can't believe they represent a Catholic company and work with the Vatican.
Very sad. Shop elsewhere.

Preferred solution: I already asked for a refund from my credit card company. At this point, it would be great if they would stop harassing me with nasty emails over this. They are completely over reacting
