I got a watch for a present for someone who already had one so need to return it. The would not accept it due to a sleeve on the outside of the box which was probably tore off with the wrapping paper. The woman who worked the fabric counter is very rude. I blew off the first rude experience leaving it up to her having a bad day. When I called number on tv it said free trial. The call entailed trying to sell me so many other items I told them to just cancel order. But I decided to try the free trial and they and they charged my bank $39.95 and as of 2 weeks, have still not received anything. I want my money back. I tried calling them , got recorded message. Worst and longest purchase I've ever made. Starting dealing with Oakley on Nov 25, 2016 and finally ended on Jan 13, 2017.
