Yes. I still believe that my situation was not handled properly and want to speak to a representative on the phone regarding this situation.I am back at the shop because I hear grinding on the left back tire.
I went to the sekonk mass pep boys location to have a left rear tire patched understanding covid 19 and short staffing new employees the wait was a little over an hour once the tech looked at the tire I had a small finish nail in the tie from what i was told they could not plug it the damage it was not in the side wall I told the tech to pull the nail out I would buy a can of tire flatter and have tire vulcanized low and behold I buy the can of tire flatter I come back to the reception area there is a second nail okay if the tech had already had a chance to examin this tire how did he miss a sheet rock screw then the counter person is trying to see me new tires sounds really shady to me I am going to report this behavior really on who to trust these day
Greetings,I'm writing an extreme turmoil period because Midas has damaged the bottom of my car, and is now acting like they did not do it. I frequent the Midas on Manchester and prairie in Inglewood california. I went there on October the 8th for for a water pump replacement. My car was there overnight and when I picked it up it had a minor dent on the passenger side under the door after taking my car back to Midas in Inglewood, they stated that they did not do it. However, I have pictures of my car before I took it to Midas. There is no missing paint, there is no dent. I just want my car fixed. I I'm not in the mental capacity to give someone a headache or to be a pest to anyone. However, I am paying a monthly note on this vehicle. which means I will keep up the maintenance, and I will try my best not to get any dings scratches or dents on the car, so this is unacceptable to me. I tried within reason to work with the Inglewood store and I have since been avoided and shut out . I am unsure on what to do next but I do not feel that I should have to pay for something that I did not do while my car was in the care of Midas. Please respond back you can call me or email me.
