Placed an order on-line for $100+. During check-out I was told that a representative would contact me within two days to arrange delivery. First of all, why does someone need to "contact me?" Why can't the delivery details simply be arranged during the placing of the order? It's not like I live outside their normal area of operation. I have been with them when they were known as Cloister. I had been with them for over 20 years, cancelled my account in early december 2016, still waiting for them to pickup cooler and 6 empty bottles. I stopped calling after several attempts,useless people. I am now with deerpark and everything is much better and cheaper.

I am not a new GrubHub consumer. I have ordered multiple times through the site and was sent a promo code to get $10 off of a $15+ order. I had an order for $75 and once I reached the checkout area I place my code into the promo area and received the message "Code not available to be redeemed". I was given a $15 Foodpanda voucher recently and as I have not use their services before, i decided to give it a try. I put my checking account information in for ACH payment one Dec. 3, 2016 checked my account weeks later. It showed the payment went through and the balance left was $20. On a free sample ad then find you have to pay shipping. O.K no problem so you pay shipping get the coffee. I couldn't drink it. I recently ordered on Grubhub from Bon Glaze. My order was 5 donuts and one hot chocolate.
