I am contacting you as a National Qualifer in Austin, who did not follow official rules and Code of Conduct was broken multiple times. I informed Stephanie Newman and had her forward it to COO Morgan Dontanville, both have said that even though rules were broken because the majority had a good time it didn't matter. If this is the official response from Catan Studios, yall can no longer state it is a values-based brand.
