Several times during the week, while either dropping someone off, or picking someone up, I observed the bartender using his cell phone while on duty. This seems unprofessional, as I felt like I would be interrupting his business. It seems like service employees should be at the ready to SERVE clients, and not be too busy with anything but taking care of clients' needs and wants. Especially in this economy, with most of us lacking "disposable" income, businesses that provide luxury services should be very careful to take care of clients who can sill afford luxury. Prices are high, and most people think twice about spending these days. I would want my clients to feel good about paying high prices, by providing first class service and attention to detail.
