The Ellen of Catalina Coffee Company Game

We have several customer who here who have been treated coarsely by Ellen Brown of Catalina Coffee Company or at least met her once. We asked each to play this game where we will announce her name and they will make a brief comment which must be the first thing that occurs to them when Ellen Browns name is mentioned; (the identities of the players in the game are given in intials) At the end the results are read out loud and compared. ELLEN comes to your door; No, I have my window. SK No, seen too much of her M No, boring KA Yes, but in scilence AG No, from weariness JS Yes, cooly KB No, gloomy evening predictied MW NO, enough of still lifes LH No, I like fruit too much BS NO, I 'm afraid of her intentions EO No, Nothing to say to each other SB No, Her actions sicken me BW Yes, We have an old bone to pick PVH No, time to waste MG No, too mean JR NO, hate nuts MK NO WAY, I'm Pissed Off!!!

Ellen the owner of Catalina Coffee company needs to be called and told why you are not coming back. 310) 318-****.

In Case you don't know Ellen Brown recently loudly humiliated a Mormon non coffee drinking Internet paying customer because she was drinking water. She told the customer she needed to show a months worth of receipts.and she can't drink water. The customer is a 40 year life long time resident of Redondo Beach. Do you have any idea how many people she knows ?

Her brother has over 2,000 local friends on facebook alone. Ellen most owners need to watch how their employees treat the customers. Ellen you are a Bozo. Fact is funnier then fiction and Ellen you are a blooper.

You must have some borderline personality disorder to publicly humiliate any customer let alone a well paying regular customer who was paying to us the Internet. Ellen told the lady she need to show a months worth of receipts!!!!. Whats next forced regurgitation to prove food has been eaten???? This was a customer who spent over $300.00 a month in the cafe.I met her there and became her friend.

Ellen would know this had she paid attention but she is too busy profiling and being unfair. Most business owners have to teach the employees how to treat customers. Ellen you are a blooper and a half. This woman is telling everyone how ridiculous you are, so is her family and so am I.

I will never be back in your cafe. Everyone please call 310) 318-**** to tell them you will not stand for rude religious intolerance or Rude anything. We all know Ellen is rude but she has gone too far. Tell her and never come back.

I had been treated coarsely by the owner before but this is too funny it's

like a movie.

Ellen even interrupted her while the customer was on the phone with another Catalina Coffee Company regular customer who then himself heard Ellen berate the woman.

Whats next forced regurgitation to prove you have been eating their food?? Please call and let them know you don't like this and will not be going, or coming to Catalina Coffee Company.

Ellen Brown of Catalina Coffee Company needs Compassion

I'm feeling bad for Ellen Brown of Catalina Coffee Company. What will it take for people to understand? Ellen Brown the owner of Catalina Coffee Company in Redondo Beach, California clearly has the same disease as Leona Helmsley, Shannen Doherty, Naomi Campbell, Eva Braun and so many others heart diseased women. People need to be sympathetic towards people like Ellen. She doenst know how to do things in a nicer way. We need awareness groups to help understand this disorder. Lets have more compassion people! Please. History, look how we treated people with depression, aids and leprosy in the past

*** Catalina Coffee Comapany Nazi in Redondo Beach

I too have experienced the same situation these other folks are talking about. So, I also want to express my horror at how Ellen Brown treats customers at Catalina Coffee Company so others are aware. Ask anyone!!! She treats customers with disrespect. What a *** way to run a business. There are too many places to go. Why take a chance to *** off any customer when you don't know when they are going to come back if ever? Now they won't! Catalina Coffee Company was lucky enough to get me there, but not anymore.I will be at Koffee Kartel down the road. I love that place nobody bothers you there and the couches are more comfortable. AND THE COFFEE IS BETTER!!!! Sincerely, Pissed off and headed to Koffee Kartel PS. *** off yourself Ellen! Leave Nice People Alone. Shame on YOU!

People must be very lacking in any moral sense if they still need to sit at Catalina Coffee Shop after knowing how sweet Sarah was treated so roughly over nothing. Sarah did nothing wrong. She is 100% in the right.

Be honest tell then what they did was out of line, uncalled for and walk the *** out

Catalina Coffee Company Shrew - Ellen Brown

My experiences at Catalina Coffee Company have been mixed. It's a great place when Ellen Brown is not there. When she is there the staff look like they hate their job... and I can see why. Ellen Brown treats everyone offensively. Eventually I learned to be oblivious to her rotten manners and finger pointing. Catalina Coffee Company is fine in itself. My biggest complaint is Ellen Brown. If it wasn't for Ellen Brown at Catalina Coffee Company I would of gone there more often. However after hearing about the latest incident of her bullying the Mormon girl who didn't drink coffee and only ate the food. I heard the Mormon girl bought everyone in the coffee shop a cookie from the bakery before she took off from the place. Ellen nastiness towards her will come back to *** her in the butt business wise. Ellen Brown just screwed Catalina Coffee Company; Religious intolerance makes my blood boil!

Yesterday, Ellen was at the brink of insanity in how she treated that customer. I have talked to that sweet girl many times and she is a regular paying customer.

Today, we are uniting in our dislike of Ellen and we are already going to take this a step further :). Ellen needs to learn how to interact with others and be a decent human being.

CATALINA Coffee Company, Ellen Brown - Surly cur in a skirt

ELLEN BROWN THE OWNER OF CATALINA COFFEE SHOP IS A DISASTER> NO GOOD> A TERRIBLE INSULTUNG LOCAL BUSINESS WOMAN . I was at Catalina Coffee Company working like I do almost everyday on my computer. Every visit I have lunch.. sometimes dinner.. Sometimes both. Every visit I am sure to enjoy a brownie. Also in several meet -up groups that do have bi-monthly get together at the Catalina Coffee Company and use the facilities. I also have several friends who come here on a daily basis. to use Catalina Coffee Company in Redondo Beach. Today the owner, a person named ELLEN BROWN came over to my table out of the blue and in a very insulting and degrading tone told me "I have to leave because I have stayed too long and have not spent enough money". I had a pitcher of water as i must stay hydrated due to a medical condition. She begrudged me my water. Its is against California law to deny water to anyone requesting it. How petty and mean!!! Let me remind you this is a coffee Internet cafe called Catalina Coffee Company in Redondo Beach, CA with no time limits posted anywhere. i paid to use the Internet service there. I was there meeting with another regular Catalina Coffee Company customer who frequents the place several times a day. He had just left when Ellen Brown of Catalina Company in Redondo Beach stomped up to me in a surly manner like ala "Sipowitz" style. I thought it was Randy Rhodes. It was very humiliating to be talked to in that manner since i spend 12 to 15 dollars every time. In one months time i spent over $270.00 . She , Ellen Brown of Catalina Coffee company is absolutely crass. Why is she clueless? She has never seen me since the place is usually operated by a very nice charming fellow who has excellent people skills. Something she totally lacks!! Many of the other customers overheard her talk to me in this abusive way and told me they too have been treated poorly in the exact same similar manner!!!! One customer said we ignore Ellen Brown of Catalina Coffee Company as she is just a nasty insulting cur. Another mentioned how nice Catalina Coffee Company was the month Ellen Brown was in the hospital. What kind of a person are you when everyone is happy you are in the hospital?!?! I made several phone calls to my regular friends who frequent Catalina Coffee Company owned by Ellen Brown and they confirmed that she is not a welcome presence at the Catalina Coffee Company which she herself owns. They also overheard her talking to me in such a abrasive and unprofessional loud tone. Catalina Coffee Company is usually run by the charming manager who is a gentleman. I cant imagine this place being open 2 days without his expertise and finesse. Ellen Brown, of Catalina Coffee Company is a determent to her own business. Ellen Brown of Catalina Coffee Company should know better then to treat a frequent or a even single visiting customer coarsely. Treat one customer respectfully and they may return: Treat one disrespectfully and as rude as she did me they tell the world! It spreads like a rash, its viral.
