Unknown circumstances
We at the Cat Solarium are terribly sorry for any problems or money lost. The last couple years have been an extremely trying time as weve had death of loved ones, Covid, mental health situations, sudden and unwarranted forced relocations, among many other things.
We're sorry that a couple have slipped through the cracks. It was all we could do to keep the business afloat at all. Please, if youre one that we missed, reach back out so that we can make it right. We're stable and up and moving again.

Again, we're terribly sorry and feel horrible about missing you all. But were back and are more than happy to correct this.

Product has not arrived
I asked the bank to deal with them. One month later they have not yet responded. I don't think the company is legit.
They take the money and later never answer. I order a cat solarium for my cats but it never arrived. I wish they would let me know if the product is coming or not.

Same experience as Demontay Cqu of Bellevue, WA. A lot of excuses, and the owner will simply not fulfill the order.
Eventually stopped responding to my calls.
Ordered on April 28th, site advertizes a 7-9 day time to ship. It's now mid-June and nothing.
Had to file a CC dispute.
Shame, looks like there used to be a nice business here.

Cat Solarium refused refund after not shipping paid for duct
I ordered a Cat Solarium from a company called The Cat Solarium and paid upon order. After over a month, product had not shipped.
After contacting company I was met with all kinds of personal circumstances and problems (company in town, sick family, back orders, employees absent, etc.) And promised to receive product several times. I contacted yet again and was refused a refund.
Owner got ugly with me via messages and tried to use guilt amd intimidation tactics. I would not advise anyone to deal with thia company.
