- - On Nov 4 I emailed a hold for the delivery on Nov 11.
- - I was told customer service wasn't available on weekends.
- - This morning I was charged for the order I tried to stop.
On November 4 I sent a email requesting a hold on the delivery scheduled for November 11. Got message explaining that customer service wasnt available on weekend.
This morning I see a charge for the order I wanted to stop. Not a happy camper.
