No one called me to tell me that youre sending me new boots to replace my defective ones. Debbie at cat told me just to fill the defective form out and youll have them in the mail to me but do not send the defective ones back she said.

Put on my brand, new boots and the soles were halfway unglued on both boots. Debbie said the seller did not rotate their stock properly and the glue was old.
She told me to call in a defective order to get another pair of boots at no charge to me. Debbie was great and I hope the replacement department is as good as Debbie.
