On 5/13/25, I purchased a

Pleasure Power Bullet Teal

for

$23.99 cash.

Unfortunately, it only worked for about a month and a half. So consequently, I had to purchase another product. I certainly hope not all the products you carry are as unreliable.

Product will not charge or turn on, please replace product or refund. And upon further reading of the product's functions from the product's pamphlet, it states that the speed and/or pattern when turned off will be the same speed and/or pattern when turned back on; that is FALSE.

Refund

The issue is the return/refund, policy going directly to my nearby store after have purchased 6 DVDs, then informed one of the sales Associate and Assistant a few days later 6 dvds was a mistake and I would like to only keep 1 dvd and return 5 for a refund sales associate declined and told me to that will not accept it as in it is done through corporate online that deal with returns/refunds. Sales Associate and Assistant told me this.

I throughly explained the Other 5 dvds are not even opened and are still sealed as they were when they was on the shelf for display. They still declined.

So I reached out to corporate from Email, customer service and got a different response they do not except Returns/refunds once the receipt is final thats it but will accept a return if customer is unsatisfied due to disc being unplayable. In my opinion change your policy if you accept returns or refunds update it otherwise its not fair getting tricked or lied to.

How were you tricked or lied to if you did not read the policy before purchase? You did not do any research or reading till buyer’s remorse set in.

You did not like what you found, so now you claim you were tricked and lied to. Also, no need to tell them to update any policy.

One, you have no authority to and two, you did not read it to begin with. Nice try

I bought an item from Castle boutique on Dunlap and I 17 October 4 I think it is

Contains 2 confidential files for company representatives

I have the receipt. I emailed the factory it comes from because that's what they told me to do.

I went back to Castle Boutique and they told me to do that. They wrote back to me saying that I had to go through you guys. I don't know why, but they told me it's got a year's factory warranty on it. They don't want to do anything about it, so now I'm getting back to you guys.

I can send you the receipt. I just want another item or the same one, but I'd rather have a different one because that one doesn't stay charged for some unknown reason. I could go back to the same store and do something.

I have the receipt. I don't know how to send it to you.

Man up and take responsibility. After two and a half months don’t complain that Castle “doesn’t want to do anything about it.” They told you it has a factory warranty. YOUR job is to contact the manufacturer.

The toy I bought. After charging it rattle and was loud.

I want A refund and want to return. I sent email and receipt . We never use . I tried to return the next day.

Havent heard from them yet. Bad business.
