I have the receipt. I emailed the factory it comes from because that's what they told me to do.

I went back to Castle Boutique and they told me to do that. They wrote back to me saying that I had to go through you guys. I don't know why, but they told me it's got a year's factory warranty on it. They don't want to do anything about it, so now I'm getting back to you guys.

I can send you the receipt. I just want another item or the same one, but I'd rather have a different one because that one doesn't stay charged for some unknown reason. I could go back to the same store and do something.

I have the receipt. I don't know how to send it to you.

Man up and take responsibility. After two and a half months don’t complain that Castle “doesn’t want to do anything about it.” They told you it has a factory warranty. YOUR job is to contact the manufacturer.

Castle Megastore - Return

The toy I bought. After charging it rattle and was loud.

I want A refund and want to return. I sent email and receipt . We never use . I tried to return the next day.

Havent heard from them yet. Bad business.
