Signing a lease could be a death sentence to your family
I spent 2&1/2 years dying slowly and miserably due to the company refusing to fix anything. I have 2 years of text correspondence explaining how serious the situation was.
We had black mold in levels of the hundreds of thousands, flooding from broken pipes, spent a year with two windows broken and had stray cats climbing in our windows, kitchen cabinets fell on my son when he opened the door and no drawers or cabinets in the kitchen. I lost over 45 pounds and spent every day vomiting and struggling to breathe. I had been hospitalized for infections caused by the mold. On top of that, he moved another family into the house without any mold remediation.
We had a roach infestation from the mold and the broken pipes that was so bad that we woke up with cockroaches literally crawling on us in our sleep. He is truly evil and is ruled by greed. Here's a few pics to show you just how bad it was. He knew about all of this for years and did nothing.
He insulted me because I am poor and in his mind, he could get away with it because he thought I couldn't afford to fight. I will make sure that every tenant is aware of the truth.
The new tenant is already sick and he did nothing but paint over the problem and has zero concern over the safety of women or children. If you care about the safety of your family, avoid renting from any of the Levinsons.
