Promised expedited shipping on order but ended up refunding some of my money. Never responded to my 20 emails over 3 week period. HAPPY to HELP my *** Scammers who don't want you to track them down, NO PHONE NUMBER!!!! Take your biz to ARTEZA they pick up *** phone and don't play HIDE & SEEK. CADILLAC

No Refund

I purchased art supplies from this company but their description of their products are not what they described. The quality is awful, and I contacted them, only by email because this company doesn't have a contact number at all. I offered to return the item, they said the postage would have to be paid from my end. They refused a full refund and no replacement at all. I have yet to even receive any reply on the partial refund they offered. Their company policy states "satisfaction guaranteed" and no hassle on replacements and refunds, but it's a complete lie. The service representative I responded with were also rude and disrespectful.

User's recommendation: no company number, used products, will give you a difficult time in getting any kind of refund, return or replacement, horrible customer service.
