Upset about missing food item and no one what's to fix the error

So this afternoon 7/16/23 @ approximately 3:15 i decided to go order a pizza and sandwich for myself and my fence so to start my Daughter and I waited 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us being in the restaurant ( I told them I was getting ready to place my order on line ) we were finally able to order then they said it would be 25 minutes for my order to be ready so when I finally got my order and got home I had ask for a large hand tossed with extra cheese pepperoni, sausage, black olive and mushrooms also ordered a club sandwich well the toppings on the Pizza were all in the center of the pizza nothing out to the edge no extra cheese no mushrooms no sausage the bottom of the pizza looked like it had been cooked on a dirty pan the bread on the sandwich was hard and the pizza was cut in pie shape not the small square that cassano is known for to say the least we were extremely disappointed in the quality of food and service we actually ate one pice of the pizza and threw it out, so 34.00 thrown out such a disappointment Sad very hungry in Middletown Verity Avenue

i pulled up to pick up a pizza that i ordered gave the employee my money and after waiting an extended amount of time i asked for my 11 dollars back but was told we dont do refunds then after i called corporate they told me to go get my money so when i went to go get my money the employee seem to have an attitude and tried to short change me 10 cents but i refuse the short money because i was suppose to get a full refund but i was wondering why the employee was so comfortable being a jerk and that was because the manager ron condoned that type of attitude talking to me like blackboy you better take what we give you and making me out to be the villian when all they had to do was give me what i was owed but instead thinking i am some black person that dont know any better and they can treat me however they wanted to i had not had pizza from there in about a year but they used to be packed with customers now the place was empty maybe because you probably can not get away with racism in a half black neighborhood
