Redemption
- - Redemption waited 14 days in queue and was rejected after extra verification.

My redemption has been in the queue for 14 days, waiting just to find out it was rejected because of further verification for cards that were obviously mine and that I'd already verified my identity. Okay, I just don't understand.
I was referred to y'all by my girlfriend, and she had nothing but positive things to say about the platform. So I am just so lost as to why I keep getting treated like this. Is it discrimination for something? Is it because my mom is white but my daddy's black?
So if that's the case, you guys keep taking my money from me to try and treat me the same way they treated my dad's great-great-grandpa and grandma. I spent my last $$ on this platform with the assumption that it was a fair and equal corporation and offered a good chance for a half white, half black man to maybe make a little from a little.
Now I have nothing. Wow.
Preferred solution: I just want my redemption to be processed and sent to my bank account thats all.. Then im sure I would feel differently about this platform amd maybe still refer friends and others

Cashoomo.com offers coin bundles to play games. Recently theyve included a spin wheel with various rewards accessible only through purchase.
I made my purchase and won 100 free spins on the wheel for a game that never loaded the spins. Customer service replied the only option was to credit me 10sc. We all know full well this was a sign that they knew theyd messed up. I requested they load the spins onto my account, knowing full well it would have brought far more than 10 bucks.
This is unacceptable and also false advertisement. Offering the wheel is simply a scheme to get you to purchase. They didnt expect anyone to actually hit the 100 fs, so the site was lost as to how they could compute it and deliver in game.
Support was anything but helpful offering a mere $10. I just want my 100 free spins, won through the purchase of the wheel spin bundle AS MARKETED!
