Dear Customer Service, I found your app and haven't looked back! It's fair and the game choice is great! However, I am having a rather small issue, I believe... I made my first cash out with y'all for $10.00, no problem. I have another $10.00 ticket that seems to be stuck in 'Processing,' and has been for a little while now. The date of the last ticket is March 15, 2026. I am curious as to how long this will take, considering the first ticket didn't take long at all. I would like to have the confidence to continue playing while waiting on this ticket. But... LOL. It does require some time to accomplish these tickets.
