Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.

Original review Oct 08, 2024
I sent this company several sterling silver necklaces and gold necklaces, they were all new! Some in new packages never opened, i sent them earrings and rings too, the jewelry came from nice places like Kay jewelers, I sent them a 14k white gold Kays necklace $299.99.

Kays silver necklace $79.99, an Italian sterling 9.25 silver coiled mens necklace and several other new in packages silver necklaces and gold piece and necklaces.i also sent time a antique 14k mens military ring, i sent them some earrings, some were silver, and some had diamonds in them.they fought men and told me all my gold was plated, and my silver had no value and offered me $19 so i politely declined, i sent all my stuff in nice boxes all organized nicely, i also sent in a antique 24k snowman ornament in original box,
When I received my items back they were not in the boxes i sent them in, I never got those back, i sent them in nice velvet blackly boxes and some in bags, and a plastic box, I got my jewelry sent back in 3 small white boxes all were overpacked but one in particular was busting at the seams and a they put clear packaging tape over it, when i opened it it spilled all over the floor, none of my necklaces were packaged in necklace boxes they were tossed in with a bunch of earrings, and the mens coiled chain which is pretty harty was broke right in half..,., i sent them a message they ignored me for days, I kept asking them why they wouldnt respond, finally after about 4 days they said i needed to understand that things can break in transit.im like no this is clearly the way you packaged these items and i told them I didnt get some earrings back or the boxes back, it was just tossed in all disrespectfully.. they told me silver has no value and they will give me $15 i said no, so they had me fill out a insurance form, sent them photos and give a explaination of damages, it even says on there card they send to you with there kits there insured for 10,000 on each kit if anything shall go wrong.. well i have over $1000 worth of damages all my necklaces were knotted so tight,
They sent me a email back to my photos said it looks to appear the way they packaged them in transit they were tangled and offered me $100, and gave been harassing me ever since, saying my silver has no. Value and that it clearly states in there website they dont take silver.

So they falsely advertise, they will tell you they take it and they cover insurance if anything is damaged but when that time comes they dont pull through, my stuff was so disrectfully packed, I almost cried like they didnt care at all, I offered to accept $850.00 because its over $1000, they want me to send it back to them and they will unknot and its only willing to give me a $100, all my necklaces are either broken in half or so tightly knotted,. Like no respect at all, couldnt even use a necklace box.

Like so rude, harassing me, going against what they advertise its so sad, there kits say there insured for over 10,000 if any damages happen, i contacted a lawyer and she seen the photos and said cash for gold is insurances for reason for this kind of stuff and they need to provide insurance for retail value not there value. And that $800 was very general officer, that was at Morgan and Morgan law, id like to be refunded for the damages caused $800 no less the photos shown are only from one box, i also have a video but its to large to upload on here
Loss:
$1000
Cons:
  • Will scam you and falsely advertise

Preferred solution: Full refund

User's recommendation: Always go local don’t go with cash for gold there scammers
