Bad customer service

The staff in your Dundee branch in my opinion they have no customer service skills and I also felt like if they said that they would do something for the customer they should do it and not tell the customer story's especially when the customer went back just before closing time giving the staff a whole day to look at the items and do a bit of research which they did not. That to myself being ex military is a lie to the customer's face and having no respect for the customer or the company that he works for. thankyou

Bad customer service

I suffer with severe mental health issues and I missed the date to buy back my goods, but offered to buy all of them back at the buy back price and they wont allow it despite the fact I need my tools and suffer from suicidal thoughts no care at all and Im only 4 days late

User's recommendation: Stay away from these rip off merchants.

Dear Complaints department Please find attached to this email a statement and complaint against one of your employees last week when asking for a refund. I have also attached a copy of the receipt as proof and confirmation of this transaction. I am giving you a deadline for my reply as I may have to take this to The Office Of Fair Trading and maybe a small claims court. I hope that this can be resolved as swiftly and efficiently, the sooner that I can put this whole ordeal behind me the better for my stress level and anxiety. Thank you J Heskey

Transaction

i bought Samsung s8 and Samsung vr for 110 pounds and delivery cost. Transaction was 2 time so together 249 pounds and i didn't receive any email nothing so just that transaction take my money twice for nothing
