Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Finally one of the main person got back to me cut my loan in half and is working with me on my hardship I don't have to start making another payment until September and they also cut the payment in half.

UPDATE THEY STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN BACK TO ME JUST LIKE THEY HAVEN'T SINCE APRIL.I've been submitting tons of documents showing my hardship since April. And all I get in return is automated emails no one is trying to help me address my situation. I tried to explain in some of the emails that since this situation happened I am unable to buy a phone so I can only message people and receive messages back through Wi-Fi I can't call out of my phone nothing like that and I submitted all kinds of documents showing my hardship and no one has tried to help me and I have contacted every email that I can find that is in connection with Cash 1 no one has gotten back to me or either I get a return email from the Gmail domain stating that it's the wrong or no email with that address I've always paid my bills on time with you and since April I have not been able to pay and this is really put an effect on me I have been put on anxiety pills and depression pills I haven't been able to pay none of my bills not one of them I've been borrowing off of every direct deposit from Social Security every month since April to pay my rent my ex-daughter-in-law did some awful things and I also had to get restraining order on her from her threatening intimidating me I am a 64 year old woman with cancer and this girl has ruined my life I've always had my bills paid on time now I can't pay one my phone rings from 5:00 in the morning until all hours of the night
I have the title loan from Avondale Arizona even though I live in Goodyear Arizona
AND ONCE AGAIN I CANNOT ACCEPT PHONE CALLS OR MAKE PHONE CALLS I EVEN CONTACTED YOU GUYS THROUGH MESSENGER FACEBOOK AND THEY ARGUED WITH ME TELLING ME WHY DON'T I ASK MY NEIGHBORS TO USE THEIR PHONE I DON'T KNOW MY NEIGHBORS.

I got a loan have paid my payment faithfully every two weeks sometimes double and triple the payment amount. Then about 2-3 months ago they started harassing me before the payment due date and they started trying to get the money out of my acct.

Now I attempt to make payment the 17 th and they have it so I can't and still trying to drive payment from acct on own. And it isn't leim I ever missed payment not one time.

DO NOT use this company. Went through all the steps, e signed all the paperwork and never got money. It's a complete waste of time and now I'm out $700
