Case is wrong size
- - I bought an iPhone 17 Pro and a case; the case is too big and I want to exchange for a fitting case with guidance.
I just bought an iPhone 17 Pro and ordered a case from your company. Unfortunately, it is way too big for my device.
My phone measures 6 = 1.5^ X 5.5^ cm by 14 cm 2.5 X 5.5 inches.
I would like to exchange for a case fitting for this device. Please advise how to best.

Never received package
- - I ordered for Thanksgiving week, and I received a shipment email on Nov 28.
- - On Dec 2 I received a delay notice; tracking won't work; no support.
I ordered the week off Thanksgiving and got an email on Nov 28th saying it had been shipped. Then on December 2nd they emailed me saying it was delayed.
And now my tracking wont work or it still in the same location and I cant get a hold of any one for help. They offer zero assistance and I spent too much money for them not to care!
