Poor customer service
First problem I had was I was as on the phone with a lady that worked with casella to change my card on file and to set up auto pay. I told her I wanted to pay the bill and gave her the information she needed.
Found out that my bill was going to be over due because she didnt do as I requested.
Now casella didnt pick up my trash this Friday and now I have to wait until Saturday to get in contact with them. Absolutely ridiculous.

NO, the dumpster has NOT been emptied. Only a few bags were removed!
It is still over half full. And NO again, nobody removed any trash from the dumpster on Friday the 12th. Somebody is totally incompetent and lying. What the *** is going on at Casella??
On your end you do not know what's going on!
Send out someone responsible to check this out. Dumpster has NOT been emptied since March 20th.

Casella said they were going to credit me one month. Today I got a bill and showedNO credit.
I've left messages nobody returns my call. I've asked for a manager and everybody keeps covering for each other. She is in a meeting they say, I'll connect you with her voicemail. One woman got "Sandra" out of a meeting and connected me to her.
She wouldn't listen but kept telling me her problems and how busy she is, on & on & on!! A "team" email said someone was here on the 12th, that is a lie. Then it was cleaned up on the 17th, another LIE.
Somebody did remove a few bags out of the dumpster but didn't empty it! Fire someone in Middletown, DE, they are hurting Casella & lying to the customers.
