Fraud
Ordered two cases for iPads I gave to my kids for Christmas. Never received them.
They used Gofo for shipping. Never heard of that company, but they indicated on their tracking that I signed for the package.
I was at work. They ignored several requests to provide me the proof of signature and told me to go after Gofo for the cases I didnt receive.
Preferred solution: Full refund
