Still no return label, not a word from these scammers. Still selling things on their website that are false. Won't post my review on their webpage LOL They know they did me dirty.

Still no return label sent. Case is still sitting in the box waiting to be returned.

Daughter is still upset that she is out $50.00. What a horrible company to deal with!!

My 12-year-old ordered a case for her iPad and the picture shows it having a slot for the pen on the front. They sent one with no slot for a pen.

I emailed them and told them they sent the wrong one and to please send me the correct one and then I will return the wrong one. They said they use the same pictures for different products and the one she wants does not come with the pen slot on the front. False advertising! After days of going back and forth, they want my 12-year-old to pay to return the item.

I don't think so.

It was their mistake for falsely advertising. Stay away from this company!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Refund was issued after vendor was informed of chargeback request.

Don’t order from Casebus. Long shipping delays, dishonest shipping notifications, refusal to cancel un-shipped order.

Worst online shopping experience ever. Casebus marked the package as shipped and then delayed actually shipping the package for two weeks.

Several requests to cancel the order PRIOR TO SHIPPING were acknowledged and denied. Several requests for return instructions were acknowledged but declined.

I refused delivery and the package is currently on its way back to Casebus. Once the package is delivered, a chargeback claim will be filed with my credit card company.

They used Gofo for shipping. Never heard of that company, but they indicated on their tracking that I signed for the package.

I was at work. They ignored several requests to provide me the proof of signature and told me to go after Gofo for the cases I didnt receive.
