Great products but customer support disappointing
I love their well designed quality products and have had good customer support in previous years however, it seems based on my last experience (or lack of it ), their customer support has not withstood the test of time.
Or perhaps my request just fell through the cracks. Idk.

Read on Reddit that the Cascades Service system was being upgraded and had encountered issues. So I tried again by submitting a trouble ticket with a photo for my Pocket Rocket Deluxe stove's fiddly pot arm.
Customer Service responded to my email within 10 minutes!!!
So they are back and doing their utmost best. Shout out to Steve - well done, gracious thank you.

The return number from November 4th is 100000****. I sent the tent back to them via USPS and have received no response or reimbursement. I sent a follow-up email and only received an automated reply.

Repair
I have an issue with the material separating from Lee. Enter phone core on about to of the betting on the Mondo King 3D.

Any recommendations on how I, may be able to repair without sending back to the factory ,as it is my only source of bedding. Can it be express mailed or can the process of repair be any sooner.

Nonexistent customer service
Apparently they no longer have a customer service number. I had to fill out a form on the website, and other than an automated response from them, there's been no response. Not sure what to do...

Lost shipment
I am trying to get the tracking number to locate where our package was delivered. We never received our order.
Ive been told by FedEx and Shopify CD should have given me the tracking number in an email. There was never any tracking number only said shipping by FedEx
No warranty communication for 2 months after acknowledging request.
In first use of MSR tent, one of the tie-downs separated from the fly. Followed Cascade's warranty claim procedure to the letter and received standard acknowledgement of receipt.
After 30 days sent second request with same acknowledgement. Now 60 days and no response to request.
User's recommendation: Although I still like this tent, consider staying away due to poor service.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I sent the bag back they had it for about 10 days and I just received a brand new one in the mail no emails nothing just got it back and invoice I had no cost
I have a c-line pro pack dry bag and the tabs are coming off they're just separating from the bag all the glue seems to dried up not quite sure what the problem is but I can't buckle any of the tabs shut because the straps separated from the bag it's a piece of crap
Preferred solution: I'd like to get my pack repaired or replaced I think it should be replaced because the tabs look to be defective
User's recommendation: Don't buy a sea lion pro pack dry bag it falls apart
