Cannot get hold of anybody. This is really bad service.
I made one booking, paid, and 24 hours later it was declined as the host had not replied. I made another booking, paid again, and no information has been sent to me whatsoever. No email, no contact. And when I try to call, one cannot.
In the chat, I have to pay an extra 280 kr to subscribe to a technician who maybe could help.
Crazy! Bad, bad service.

We booked a place a bit last minute, a day prior. They didn't provide us any check-in info, and you cannot call their phone number.
They respond like deceased grandpas on WhatsApp and on email, and we don't even know if we can go there or not.
We traveled far and arranged loads of logistics and paid for the place, and now we don't even know whether we can go there or not. So frustrating and stressful.
