Complaint regarding your delivery drivers in St. Augustine, Florida
If they cannot control their staff for safety when delivering products, then do not purchase from these individuals.
The driver for truck No.
0687 (Casamigos delivery) took off from a temporary loading zone area in King Street (near the Ponce de Leon circle) without first checking his surroundings, just as I was walking around his vehicle towards the leeway on King Street. I was looking to reach my son whom I asked to stop there for a moment until I could reach him to get something I had left in his vehicle.
Your driver decided to start shouting match from his vehicle and started honking behind my son to push him out of the road as I am walking right in front of him. He was more concerned about speeding out in a hurry from that pedestrian area and looking to escalate the matter with shouting and abuse.
Your driver doesn't understand that this particular area of St. Augustine is a pedestrian area, and including delivery drivers, all vehicles are supposed to not speed or push traffic because of the tourists walking in this zone.
There has been some incidents already with pedestrian accidents in this area, and trying to push your way and honking from your large delivery truck is showing that you don't care about pedestrians which is a liability to your company. You need to get rid of that driver of yours before an actual accident is caused by his driving.

We were driving south on 931. There was a flashing arrow sign to move to the right hand lane.
Now by this time right pass Lincoln Rd everyone including myself had already gotten over. He speeds up and turns on his turns signal and instead of waiting to see if it was clear he comes right over and I had to slam on my breaks. He could've killed someone or seriously hurt someone as there was state workers on the road and all the vehicles on the road. Once passed the road work he guns it again and turned on east southeast blvd into a shopping center and he was running approximately 20 m.p.h for one it's a shopping center and that's just plain crazy.
If is he/she is driving a company vehicle then they represents you. Which means that makes a company look bad. I believe people have there bad please don't get me wrong but when ur endangering others lifes then I do get upset with that.

One of your company truck drivers tried to cut me off on a major highway in Houston today, then gave me the middle finger when I didn't allow him into my lane because there wasn't enough space. The truck number is 5643.
I have heard of your company brand, but this makes me not want to buy any of your products because of his vile behavior.
I'm a 63-year-old woman and it was so disgusting and disrespectful. I'm going to write a review on your company page if I don't hear back from anyone.

The caps are stuck on and its hard to get off like impossible. It happens often and I love the tequila. I want to keep enjoying this product as it is my favorite!!!
