The absolute most deplorable Customer Service employee
Black Gaming, the owner of Casablanca, Virgin River, and formerly the Oasis in Mesquite, NV; has the most deplorable ethical standards of customer service I've ever come across. It's important (Mainly because I live in an anti-SLAPP state and I have a constitutional right to do so) that I make an accurate report on this company -- or in this case, the Casablanca Resort. The fact that I am a Quality Assurance supervisor in my own personal career allows me to be even more appalled by the actions of their employee, Kasey M. I'll make it short and simple. Kasey M was rude, disrespectful, discourteous and discriminated against us one night when we were tired after driving the whole day. It was clear she doesn't enjoy her job, that she has a lot of anger and another suitable job where she would be happier was VERY evident. I wrote a written complaint against the associate to the company. Here's what I got; No apology No acknowledgement No acceptance No ownership No commitment to solve the problem Let me say that again; I wrote a written complaint against the associate to the company. The subliminal message given off by Black Gaming was clear that Quality Assurance means nothing to them and that complaints of this serious nature are simply thrown under the rug. I've never encountered such a rude employee in my life and this is why it's important to spend your money elsewhere -- There are plenty of hotels in the area who would have taken better care of us.
