Casa Fella Apartments; Fraud, & Poor Management/ Leadership/ Maintenance Team.
Poor Customer Service, they lie a lot, they don't care, it's a Cockroach, Bedbug Apartment. They don't treat you fair; their racist, & rude. Apartments are coming apart, & rawtning. And they're always shutting off the water, & controlling one's privacy w/ excuses. And they want to charge you for everything. And if they can get away with hidden fees they will. They are not honest, & they only go by the books accordingly to their interests/satisfactions. These people are so full of *** You have better opportunity elsewhere, & much richer in every other way especially up North. This place is so *** ghetto, especially the Management team,

Apartment business claims to have some section 8 apartments
- - They asked for extra financial income and then blew me off.
- - Verify the rental company's legitimacy with BBB or HUD.
Filled out their online form. They asked for any other financial income I have.
They blew me off. They seem fishy. It doesn't make sense that they would do that if they provide section 8 housing. It seems that businesses that offer housing on Craigslist should be considered carefully.
Seems weird they avoid possible good tenants that inquire about their supposedly cheap or section 8 apartments.
It seems the best thing to do is research a rental company before you inquire if at all possible. Best to check them out with the Better Business Bureau, or HUD or something else to see if they are legitimate.
