We didnot get the car and we pay

Hi, my name is Hadas and we had an invitation from you on 19/5-22/5 in the name of Eldad Eichengren. No.
5223****. We arrived an hour late to the carjet due to a late flight. We were told that there was no car and we would not be refunded because we were late and did not notify. We explained that we didn't have a phone and that we were inside a plane, we were told that we didn't write down a flight number.
When you register there is no requirement for this! I spoke with a representative from your company who said the same thing. Then we ordered a car at the airport because we were stuck without a car.
We are asking for our money back.
We did not receive a car, we have never heard of such a thing and you do not have such a thing registered.
Please contact us immediately and return the money. We wasted a lot of our vacation time on a car that we paid a part of and never received.

Need help
Was informed today I that the motor is being replaced
I havent made a first payment and the engine blows or whatever. Its been at the shop for about a month.
I guess theyre replacing the engine with the warranty. Cool! But I have been trying to get information from them about it and get nowhere.
Also need a loaner car and keep getting told they dont have one available. The truck should be here with the serviced cars and when a loaner shows up you will be the first person to get it

Complaint with vehicle issues that hasn't been resolved
Well I purchased a car with them about weeks ago and the second of driving off of the lot my suspension had been all bad I have no heat and theyre giving me the run around saying they have ordered parts and have not got a call back or anything and they told me the car was fine which that was a complete lie every time I call its the same *** game

I bought a car Oct 24, the transmission went out Oct. 28, they would not give me a loaner, claimed their only was one Loaner and it was being used, a month later I picked the car back up and the car was shaking now and I took it to my Car shop near me and he said the transmission was not put in correctly and many other things was wrong. & I wanted to cancle my contract and Miles was very helpful.

Pricing parts for rear wheel to be replaced
My rear axle bent and destroyed the bearings and I've had t put it up for some time because I didn't realize I could contact you....I put another wheel on but it doesn't look right compared to the front on ..I hit a small very small pot whole and that's what did the damage I just don't know why I didn't hurt the front rim ..is there any way I can get another rear wheel....also my frame cracked and completely broke just in front of the rear wheel and I've read that alot of them are braking like mine did but I can fix that myself but I can't my rear camera wheel.
