Earlier this month i contacted customer service via phone in regards to the specialty snowman cake i had purchased for a holiday party. When i opened the cake, i found half the bottom chocolate ice cream layer melted inside the box. The very nice representative told me i would receive a certificate for i believe $25 or $30. I am just wondering what happened to this certificate. In transit?? Or lost??? Thank you for any help you can provide.

No one picked up, unable to leave a message. The deal was to buy to buy a gift card, I purchased a $25.00 gift card, you would get a $5.00 gift card. I tried to use the gift card, pin was not even scratched off and the clerk said there was no balance on the card. What a ripoff! What a scam! Carvel should honor the deal!
