CARVART

I'm a designer and used them once for a residential project, they visit me many times in previous office and in my solo practice. I decided to give them a shot and, beside being really inefficient and not following up, what made a 4 month lead time go for around 7, they were very shady with some shipping hiding cost , they gave me a phone idea of 500,600$ and invoice me 1750$ I check with a freight company and the cost is between 600 and 800 depending of the service.

3 times what it cost. I will not use them again or show their products to clients.

We ordered a custom glass top for a vanity for one of our clients, we ordered this from Carvart in New York, provided them with the exact measurements including a template. When we took the glass top to the jobsite to install, it was off by an 1/8".

We called Carvart and explained it was not made to match our template and to please make a new one. They are refusing and they won't even give us our money back.

We are extremely unhappy with this kind of customer service. This was a custom piece and we expected it to be to our exact specifications, it was not.

We are an interior design company and we placed an order with Carvart (out of New York) to make our client a custom glass piece to go on top of a vanity. When we received our order and brought it to the jobsite to be installed, it was off size by 1/8".

When we placed this order, we did provide Carvart with a template of the exact measurements of what the glass size was to be. After calling them and explaining that the size does not match our template, Carvart is refusing to either refund us the money and/or make us a new glass per the correct specifications.
