I don't think anyone buying a house from sellers using this company will ever satisfy their demands. This is the 4th house we have purchased over the years and we have never had this much trouble. I know now why others wouldn't touch it. I wish we knew about this company before making an offer. They are nuts!!!!! Others should beware and avoid them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Referral Fee Review

As a housing realtor in overseas, I think the person who took the referral commission might be their overseas counterpart instead of Cartus themself. Not sure whether Cartus is aware of it. This might badly affect Cartus' reputation in the market.....
