Bunch of scammers! They have a fake phone listed.
I wrote multiple e-mails and only after I mentioned that I will sue them or write 1000 terrible reviews they sent me a shipping label to return an item.
However, I never got my money back and have not heard from them. I regret sending it back!!!
I cant believe no one is doing anything about it and they let them get away with such crime!!!!

Absolutely a rip off. Selling faulty merchandise at best, at worst selling phony gadgets as the real McCoy.
In my case they sold me a ThinkBand wrist BP monitor. The gadgets reading was 33% off calibration. Now they have not sent me a RGA.
Even if they do take it back, they charge a 30% restocking fee. In short, they sell phony stuff and make 50%, or they take it back and make 30% (restocking fee) and still own the thing to sell to another poor unsuspecting buyer.
