Faulty Cartridge/Ruined my printer
- - The cartridge from Cartridge World Rockville was defective.
- - Ink spilled and printer downtime required a technician, offsetting savings.
I purchased new Cartridges from Cartridge World, Rockville, Maryland. The new Cartridge from Cartridge World,was defective.
Took them a week to clean up my printer where ink spilled all over it. After getting Printer back had to hire a computer technician to clean up the mess of Cartridge World of Rockville, Md and get the printer running because it did not work after they cleaned out the ink.
Any money saved on cheaper cartridges was offset by loss of being without a printer for a week and having to pay tech to fix their mess. DO NOT BUY FROM CARTRIDGE WORLD.
Cartridge world reuses old cartridges too many times
- - Refilled cartridges last only 1-2 uses.
- - Replacement requires a 20-minute trip and isn't available.
- - They blamed my printer/copier; I won't return.
I have used Cartridge world for the past few years and found lately I get only one or two uses out of one of their refils. They do replace them when taken back but it's a 20 minute trip.
And if you need them right away sometimes it's just not a option.
In my opinion they refill too many times and it does something to the connections.
I've tried wiping the cartridge off, sometimes it works other times I just get full in ink.
They have even tried to blame my printer and copier. Never going back.
