Cartier Australia - Shocking Customer service. Do not buy from them

Purchased a trinity ring while i was holidaying in Paris the sales associate parcelled up the wrong size and i didn't try the ring on again until i came home then realised the mistake. 2 weeks later i am still trying to exchange the size and get told one thing then told another thing.

Now I'm told to exchange the size i have to pay the GST on the ring Absolutely ridiculous considering the sales associate in Paris accidently swapped over the sizes. I will never ever again buy from these people as they have absolutely no customer service and are not willing to help their customers

Dismal Cartier experience in Sydney

Disappointing customer experience received from a high end boutique store. Staff are not trained adequately.

Ordered earrings and sales assistant got my last name, mobile number and jewellery piece all incorrect. I followed up numerous times as no one was getting back to me.

Unapologetic.will certainly not return or recommend Cartier. Highly frustrating experience never to be forgotten.total waste of time and energy.
