Dissatisfied
Was in hospital several months on a ventilator having covid and not able to talk. I tried multiple times to go in my account online and I was not able to.
I have no family just myself I could not call or even get my mail. I got out of the hospital late Friday night and the weekend still could not in to my account. Monday when i got up and waiting to call your company i found out my car was repossessed. When I called your company finally speaking to someone I was informed I had to pay off my loan in full before I could get my car back!!!
I never heard of this before. So please this company has very bad consumer relations and no heart. Also they told me my account was shut down so I couldnt make any payments.
What is that all about!! I could of made payments but couldnt because again my account was shut down!!!
