My account was canceled and car sponsor.com charged me again I couldn't find any phone number. So I guess now I have to cancel my card. I'm very disappointed on this website.

  • They are hard to contact.
  • I will never use carsponsor.com again.

I'm very disappointed with this website. I wasn't able to use any website with the parts I wanted and they are hard to contact.

I will never use them again. If someone asks me, I will tell them to think twice before getting involved with carsponsor.com.

User's recommendation: Think about it twice. Don't do it. Just buy your parts.

Overcharged!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
AI Highlights
  • Told it would be $25 for sponsor account with no strings.
  • Next month billed $40 to my card.
  • I'm upset about monthly charges; it's a scam.

They initially told me it would be 25 dollars to have a sponsor account with no string attached. So I jumped through the hoops and next month I look at my credit card statement and boom charge for 40 dollars!

I'm beyond pissed about them trying to charge me monthly. NEVER USE THIS SCAM.

User's recommendation: Avoid at all costs

Don't get sucked into the hype.

AI Highlights
  • Both sites claim car parts but have none for a 2008 Subaru.
  • They charged $99; SponsorAmerica refunded $60; CarSponsors refund status is unclear.

CarSponsors.com and SponsorAmerica.com are two websites that insist that you can get free car parts and accessories to "pimp" out your car. I decided to give it a shot and realized soon enough that the website didn't offer any parts for my year or model of car.

2008 Subaru. That didn't stop them from charging me $99 (both companies). I requested a refund and so far I am not too happy. SponsorAmerica.com has refunded me $60 dollars out of $99, even though I never received funding in the first place.

This is probably how they receive most of their funding. CarSponsors.com is on the fence, but I don't have high expectations.
