Carsmart in Hendersonville TN, lied to me
While buying my vehicle Ryan Duncan the General Manager promised me the moon. After the sell of my Cadillac he forgot who I was. I repeatedly called him and he followed through with none of them. Then he dodged all of my phone calls, having them tell me he was busy and call me back. He would not call me back as promised. The dealership is very unorganized and unprofessional. They told me there were new tires on the car and it wasn't. I don't think that there was one thing that was the truth from these people. I would never buy a car from them again.

I STRONGLY agree with this comment. They buy vehicles at auction that are in very poor condition.
Then they try to cover them up and sell their *** at a higher price. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!
I just recently (within couple of weeks) purchased a vehicle from carsmart who told me that they would take care of everything and I wouldn't have to worry about anything. They said they would call me to come and pick up my tags.
I just got a call today telling me that they are waiting for me to go get the cars emissions test and some other test and that they didn't tell me that they would take care of everything. :cry The car sucks! While driving it I can literally see the gas gage going lower and lower! Be smart and don't buy from carsmart.
They see everyone as a sucker and laugh as you drive off the lot. :grin
