Feilure to honor warranty claims
The Honda dealer has called CARS for pre-approval for a repair on my Honda CRV. CARS is making my mechanic wait on the phone with no callback.
And I am without my car at this time because CARS insists that your car remain at the mechanic.
Is this a SCAM or is this just awful customer service?
Last week CARS did the same thing, so my mechanic sent me home, and arranged with me to try again today. no luck, no callback from CARS.
Do NOT buy a service warranty from CARS Protection Plus, You will waste your money and get nothing in return.
Besides the fact that the Honda dealer has a $99/hour labor rate, and CARS pays a maximum of $70/hour. Bad idea to buy this service contract.
