NOT happy with delivery of an incomplete order - I want a refund of $67.00 & I would appreciate a return phone call00 to this complaint!!

My complaint is in regards to NOT receiving ALL the items I ordered!! This order was placed in November & I just received it on December 19!!

I ordered 2 engraved toasting flutes & sterling silver Claddagh earrings. I received (1) toasting flute - nothing else!! Who would place this order with a Customs Declaration & NOT put the items in the box!!

Also, the length of time for this order was terrible & NOT an email of it being processed or sent!! TERRIBLE!!!
