I would NOT recommend this company! I used them in 2014 only. In 2019, in May I received an invoice for a service contract. I contacted the number on the invoice and told them I haven't requested such service and please cancel. In June, i received another invoice, I called again and mailed the invoice back with a big note, "Did Not Order, please Cancel". In July, I received another invoice, I sent a letter stating I did not request this service. In August, I received a phone call from a collection agency! This saga continues.....it looks like I'll be going to court!

They delivered oil to my father-inLaws house in February 2018, the house was sold in July 2017. That house was NOT auto delivery! My house which is next door is auto delivery, now they want me to pay for the oil over $600 which they delivered to the Wrong House. When I called to question the charge, I was told too bad, can’t do anything about it, pay the bill! Evil nasty company!

Please be careful when doing business with this company. In April 2018. My family called to push back a delivery in agreement. Only to recieve a delivery anyway and forced to pay total amount $743.00. Scandalous, Unwilling to resolve issues that they created, very unprofessional and definitely lies . Beware!

Still trying to work this issue out. Unfortunately the so called manager won’t return my calls.

The only time you need oil(winter when it's cold haha) and they can't deliver! Lied to multiple times. We will be there Monday, oh sorry we had rain and a little ice so we will be there Tuesday, we'll I'm sure you know the story. Tuesday came and went so did Wednesday. Called again,oh you are on the must deliver list lol what a joke, I'm sitting here on Thursday 8pm with... you guessed it no oil! Their excuse every time, it's really cold and we have a lot of deliveries. It's winter time duh, obviously the demand is higher don't give me that crap. You know how many deliveries you can make in a day and other than a snow storm you should be able to tell me when I'm to expect a delivery because that's pretty important information when you a household of 6 with small children.

On June 29th, I sent my 16 year old child to Carroll Fuel as I have MANY times before. The gas station is merely a one minute walk from our home, and we have frequented the location for almost 4 years, since we moved here and when it was a "High's" store. While making her purchase with the $20 bill I'd given her, an attendant accused my daughter's 14 year old friend of stealing because he saw her "put gum in her purse". What he saw was her putting the gum BACK in her purse after pulling it out to see what kind it was , as my daughter wanted the same kind. Now my daughter had already handed over her 20 when he made the accusations. They tried to explain to him what was correct, but he called the police rather quickly. The officers determined that NO THEFT TOOK PLACE, yet, this man proceeded to threaten my daughter with bodily harm ,called my 16 year old vulgar names and essentially banned her from the store, all because she stood up for herself and her friend and didn't cowar when accused of stealing. He even attempted to not give her change back from her legitimate purchase. I immediately went to the store when my daughter came home in tears and told me the story. I couldn't believe that a place where I and my family spend money literally EVERY DAY would treat her this way. I was convinced this person had to be new because surely our history prices we are NOT thieves. I also thought I could have an adult conversation with this grown man, and apologies would be made, but no. He threatened to call the police on me and told me I was "banned" as well. They say my daughter talked bad to them. Well sir, you accused her of stealing from a place she's been spending money in for almost 4 years on a daily basis. I'd talk badly too. But once the police determined no theft took place, why the violent threats? Why the "ban" from the store? I was contacted by a witness who actually had a conversation with the police officer. The police officer stayed that that particular store has been "terrorized" lately by some kids in the late evening hours and the owner is "on edge" and over reacting. Whatever his reasons ,at the end of the day, he threatened and humiliated a 16 year old child and banned her from the most convenient store to us, for NO REASON. I intend on spreading the news with neighbors and throughout this very populated area because I feel extremely offended. These times are trying and this kind of criminalization of innocent people doesn't sit well with me.

Its not that i object to them, this station was run by a group of young guys from the community that were well liked to find out that it was sold. Why cant local people run this station. I will no longer buy gas here. Our community is small, people buy gas were they know one another, i will find a new place to buy me fuel.

Scamming theives from the Middle East somewhere and do not belong in this country. So about a week ago I went in to Carrol fuel station at 910 Philadelphia Road Joppa Maryland right at the intersection of Philadelphia Rd and mountain road close to 95 north bound lanes. I see a few cans of Longhorme wintergreen pouches and the price card over top of them reading $8.88 so I ask how much one (1) can is and the *** behind the counter and glass wall looks at the cars over top of them and says to me $8 dollar 88 cents (exactly how His rediculous broken English sounded, sounded like he was retarded (no offense to retarded people at all) so I look at him and tell no that's not the price for a single can, these cans sell for $1.29 before tax and $1.37 after tax for one can at any and all Royal Farms and Wawa stores in Maryland DC and Virginia. I have been to many and they are all the same price $1.29 per can. They are the best price tobacco pouches and that's why I buy them. So I proceeded to tell this obviously retarded clerk behind the counter that he must mean that's the price for a log or a whole roll of at least a five or a six pack and a customer next to me agreed and even commented that the price they have on the overhead card is obviously for a roll of a pack of several. So this *** wining middle eastern piece of *** loser (sorry I'm sorry furious he has me shaking with anger) he gets his manager from the back and he again says that's the price so I kept saying well scan one and tel me what it come up because I just want one can and they both just wouldn't scan it so the manager type person gets on the phone and calls someone to ask about the price and he gets it and tells his loser buddy it's $1.45 , so instead of wasting more time I'll pay the 8 cents more to get it here and leave so i did. So, I returned today, about a week later and I figured I may as well pay the $1.45 and get $25 gas for cash so I walk in and the loser retarded clerk was there and I hand him $40 cash and tell him I want $25 gas on pump 6 . Then he gives me my $15 change back and I them say I also think I'll get one can of the Longhorne pouches thinking I'll be paying 8 extra cents for the convenience while getting gas for cheaper than other places. This *** looks up at me and says oh no you scammed us before no no and refused to give me one so ok well I'm not paying $8.88 for one can of Longhorme pouches when they are $1.27 at all other Stores they are obviously mistaken and don't seem to realize but this price sands out so much there is no way they have ever sold even one can of this for that price, It's just outrageous I can't believe the nerve of these foreigners maggots. So what does he do ? Oh this is good I walk out of there upset that he wouldn't even sell me a can of the higher price of $1.45 and insisted that i scammed them the last time. Can anyone believe this ? I went out to my truck around 6 and guess what it didn't work so I went back in and said its not working and he to my utter shock and dismay tells me he's keeping my $25 and he called the police ? I Said what ? You scammed me and kept my $25 and now won't turn the pump on for me for what I paid you for oh I'm calling to police. So I called them and two state troopers came to the CARROL FUEL at 910 PHIlADELPHiA RD JOPPA, MD at the intersection of Philadelphia road and mountain road in the south bound direction off mountain right at Philadelphia road. So the state troopers arrive two separate state police cars pull up and i explained the whole story to them. So the one state trooper goes inside and I wait outside with the other one. I can see him listening to this scamming *** clerk and can't imagine how it sound ms or what that *** was saying but it's obvious this *** was totally wrong in every way and on every level. So the state trooper ones outside and says can you make it to another gas station like wawa around the bend? I said yeah I think so I'm on E but I should be ok to do that since WAWA was so close and across the street. So he says good I'm going to get your $25 back I'll be back so he went in and you could see the *** clerk did not want to give the trooper my money back but he did finally and the troopers and out and said just do me a favor and don't come back here to buy tobacco, *** I said you'll never see me again here I'm never coming back here these people are scammers and that's just absolutely terrible. What I think happened was that the tobacco salesman must have gotten over on these idiots and they have no choice but to lose money and try and resell at a rediculous price that's total not real and obviously not realistic. I don't know what else would prompt someone working at a store to act this way or treat a customer like this. I mean stealing a customers money and not giving gas to a customer when they paid for it. I mean WOW *** incredible I'm still in shock. They need to go to any and I mean any Royal Farms store or any Wawa store and see for themselves that the price of $8.88 is outrageously rediculous I mean it's suppose to be around $1.29 before tax not an 800 % hire price than that I mean come on and then to say that I scammed you when you found the right price that you guys should be selling it for which was $1.45 like I paid last time a week ago to hear idiots and to keep my $25 cash and say I'm keeping your money because you scammed us???? WTF I don't understand how they can be so wrong and yet not want to even investigate this price gouging they are trying to pull. They are never going to get one customer to buy one can of that for $8.88 what it really should cost $1.29 like it does everywhere else. Has anyone else been screwed over by these people at CARROL FUEL Joppa, Maryland ? I would really like to know because I think these people need to somehow be removed or sent out of the neighborhood we don't need any scammers in the area any neighborhood

This morning I bought a Nestles milk drink only to find out it was sour. I returned it immediately back to the Carroll's I bought it at, told the attendant about it, only to be told that the best buy date was still good (Nov. 2016) and that it was policy that he could not exchange or do any thing about it. I told him any other store would have exchanged it. Again, not policy, could not help me. Plus on top of that they also CHARGE TAX ON FOOD STAMPS!!!! They are NOT to charge tax on food items bought thru the food stamp program. I will inform the appropriate authorized. Also, why have OUR CONVIENENT STORES been turned over to foreigners. They are constantly trying to get over on the people of this country. They speak perfect English until YOU have a problem, then all of a sudden their Engish gets hard to understand.

I am really upset about the car wash. I am on disability and I'm 61 years old so I depend on a car wash to wash my car. I went and bought $20 worth of gas and the $10 car wash period coming out I found spots all over my car that should have been washed off. So I went back. The lady was very nice and she gave me a ticket to go through again. It did not help though and I did not want to go back and complain again. There are spots on top my car that was third that was loose on top of the car. And some on the side of my car. The two ladies were very nice and I always go there on the way to my mother's or on the way back. But I am very very disappointed with this car wash. And I wanted to take a picture but it won't let me do it. You can't see it because of the Sun and even in the shade I tried.
