As someone who has been in the Pacific North West Real Estate Industry for many years I am always amazed at the slimeballs who manage to stay in the industry. Take Craig Moore.
At first contact who talked down to me as if I was an islander who knew nothing about selling real estate. It was obvious that he was trying to prevent the client from using a local island realtor. The way he talked I thought he was a hot shot from Seattle. It turns out he's a wanna be from Langley who couldn't make it selling websites to Realtors and is now selling foreclosures for banks.
The funny thing is that he doesn't even have his own website now. The market is tough enough as it is so can't we all work together and do whats right for the client?

Janet & Craig found me the PERFECT home and I have recommended them many times. They bent over backwards for me - they word hard, their work ethic is impeccable, they are thorough, knowledgeable, know the island well.
I agree with the previous poster - if you have something to complain about, don't do it anonymously.

I have found Craig & Janet to be the most honest and helpful people in the business. I have sold real estate for many years and a client of mine contacted them directly on one of their listings which i had already shown them.
the client thought they might get a better deal by going direct and Craig would not let them do so.
He called me and told me what was going on and i was able to sell them the home and get a commission. The person above is obviously a XXXXXXX and has no guts to post their name.
