I've tried calling, and it referred me back to the website. This is beyond frustrating. There is no help, and the website doesn't help me at all.

I have reached out multiple times and received no response. I am extremely frustrated and need to speak with someone as there is definitely a gap in what is being asked and what needs to be entered as I am attaching this to a domain purchased at Namecheap.
- Its inexpensive with quialty landing and or 1 page sites
- Dont really respond and no live customer service
Preferred solution: I want help to properly connect my website(s) and domaine

- No upgrade reflected on account yet.
I've upgraded to Pro Lite of carrd for over 6 months and wanted to upgrade to Pro Standard. After purchasing with both my credit card and paypal (linked to the same card) I thought I'd be upgraded right away after seeing my money decrease in the card (18$ in total, 9$ each purchase) but I haven't got any update on my account
Please help me on this ASAP as i'm using carrd to make my portfolio submission for the D&AD New Blood Portfolio Awards

Preferred solution: Upgrade my carrd subscription to Pro Standard
User's recommendation: Check multiple sources before doing a different kind of payment, it worked perfectly fine for me when I upgrade to Pro Lite but I don't know why I got through this trouble upgrading to Pro Standard
