Abusive Owners
My husband just returned from visiting this local Waldport, OR business. We spent just under $1,700 for window treatments over the past month with this business.
My husband went into their Waldport store to check on grout that he ordered 3 weeks ago.
The owner, Jane Clark, said she never finished the order and that she didn't "need money from an *** And when asked if treating their customers like this was in their business plan, Jane's husband, Alan Clark, stormed out of the backroom (without a mask) and said he was calling the cops and then flipped my husband off. We're not sure what is going on with the owners, but this is the most unprofessional, abusive, and violent reaction we could ever imagine.
